In today's dynamic real estate landscape, there are over 10,000 adults turning 65+ every day and undergoing various life transitions, including retirement, relocation to be closer to family, downsizing (or as I prefer to term it, right-sizing), and seeking supportive environments for their health needs. Recognizing the unique challenges and opportunities within this demographic, I am proud to hold two critical certifications. As a Certified Aging in Place Specialist® (CAPS), and a Senior Real Estate Specialist® (SRES), both certifications signify my dedication to serve the senior community, helping to access if their current home allows to safely age in place, or helping with the process of finding a home they can consider their "forever home" and safely age in place.
